Return,Refund & Exchange

Return 
 
You can return your item upon 14 days of the receipt of the item you wish to return. Please send us an email to include your order number info@jiyashijewels.com for more information on how to process a return. 
 
Please return item(s) in a saleable, unworn and undamaged condition in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please do not send items outside of this time-frame or they will be refused.  
Unfortunately, we do not offer a free return label. The delivery fee of the items sent for return belongs to the customer. 
 
Your delivery costs cannot be refunded. Refund is the same as the order paid. 
 
Earrings and pierced items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. 
 
If you have damaged your items or the show signs of wear we cannot accept a return - they must be in a resealable condition. 
 
 
EXCHANGE

 

You can exchange your item upon 14 days of the receipt of the item you wish to exchange. Please send us an email to include your order number info@jiyashijewels.com for more information on how to process an exchange.

Sale items sales are final and we cannot exchange this.

FAULTY GOODS 
All of our products are carefully checked before they are lovingly packaged. 
If for any reason your item is faulty or has been damaged in transit, please get in touch immediately via info.jiyashijewels.com attaching an image of the item in the email will speed the process along. Please do this within 24 hours of receiving your item. 
If it has been 24 hours since the delivery date, we cannot assist, and the products are considered as "misuse by the buyer". 
 
REFUNDS 

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

UNDELIVERED PARCELS

*If the courier could not find a safe place to leave the parcel 
*If you have not paid the customs tax (for international orders only)  
the parcel is returned to us. 
 
When the parcel is returned to us, we will issue a refund for the items. 
 
Delivery charges are not refundable. 
 
If you still want the items, you need to create a new order.
